Keyboard Gangster

Girls, It's been a while since my last rant. So here goes. The internet is something I have taken FULL advantage of and used as a platform for my work. It's something that is very easily accessible to all so really helps push your career in the right direction when used correctly, In no way shape or form am I a keyboard gangster, The personality I portray on facebook, this blog, twitter - IT'S ALL ME. Be Real girls! I am a pretty big personality that probably comes across on here I would imagine more so in real life, But you can't be one person in the cyber world and another in reality. Social skills play a HUGE part in every day life and if you lack in them, then you truly will lack in the harsh world of modelling.

It's Getting HOT In Here

Still on my health kick for the soon approaching LONDON FASHION WEEK, Me & fellow model Jemma Daley decided to try out Hot Yoga! Yes, It's Hot & Its YOGA! Basically your in a boiling hot room (sauna) doing yoga for 90 mins. Much to my surprise WE SURVIVED! Afterwards we went to OKO, my much loved after karbon or any club on a saturday night destination, as my days of drinking seem like a thing of the past, It was my healthiest trip to date! YUM, I had about 8 glasses of water, miso soup, lotus flower green tea, tuna sushi and those green pea things you push out of the pod? YUM. & Believe it or not I was totally full.

After missing the X Factor last night The plan tonight is to catch up on that & my cyber world as truth be told I have been the worst ever recently. But back on it and ready to fully update you all on my recent adventures. Homegrown Talent

Design Collective Scotland Pre LFW Showcase

I am Just home from a wonderful night at Metropolitan Bar in Glasgow where Design Collective Scotland Showcased a sneak preview of some pieces they will be sending down the runway at London Fashion Week! As you all know I am the creative director for INAA.COM & we are sponsoring The collaborating designers so thought I should do my bit and go support! D.C.S consists of 4 designers, Emily Lamb, Iona Crawford, Marc Ross & Di Gilpin. They are making a fair point that actually Scotland has a hell of a lot to offer when it comes to talent! Everyone knows the saying of Little Fish in a Big Pond & That's what London is, people from all over the world fighting for their chance to 'make it' in whatever field they are in. So Why do we feel the need to go to London? They want to make 'making it' more accessible in Scotland!

With a Champaign reception, followed by cocktails, each designer had models from Colours Agency (The beauties that are Emily Shakarji, Amy Richardson, Samantha Davidson & Kirstin Gribbin, Chloe Kibble) walking around the room describing what they had on and who they were wearing! Yes, I think this is a moment we have all been waiting for. The biggest U.K Female Vocalist of the moment is not only STILL Dominating the charts with the album 21 that got me through my break up in February!!! She is now on THEE Fashion Bible looking be-bloody-autiful.
